Maths Week Scotland - James Cheshire - Meet the Author

Bring pupils along to an author's event with James Cheshire, author of Atlas of the Invisible: Maps and Graphics that will Change How you See the World. and Where the Animals Go: Tracking Wildlife with Technology in 50 Maps and Graphics. This session is being hosted as a collaboration between Data Education in Schools and Maths Week Scotland, supported by Education Scotland.

This free session will take place from 10am - 11:30am on Wednesday 25th September at Tynecastle High School in Edinburgh (2 Mcleod Street, Edinburgh EH11 2ND).

James will deliver a session linked to the data in his books and then there will be a Q&A slot for the pupils to ask James questions.

Pupils should be accompanied by a representative from their own school and schools are responsible for organising their own travel arrangements.

The session is aimed at pupils studying Higher Mathematics and/or Higher Geography. If you are interested in attending please complete the form below.
