Science Centres, Museums & Art Galleries

Many science centres, museums and art galleries across the country take part in Maths Week Scotland, including some who offer maths activities at their sites all year round.

2025 Maths Week Scotland Theme

Maths Week Scotland 2025 will take place 22 September - 28 September and the theme will be Wild Maths, looking at how Maths is used to tell stories. Bringing nature and numbers together, Wild Maths will explore plants and wildlife, weather and natural forces, astronomy, outdoor learning, and so much more!
