Maths Week Scotland is a Scottish Government initiative delivered by National Museums Scotland. National Museums Scotland is located at Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1JF and is a registered Scottish Charity (registration number SC 011130).

The personal information we collect from you is used solely for the purpose(s) of contacting you for queries relating to your event relevant for publication on the website.

3. Maths Wi Nae Borders Entries

The personal information we collect from you is used solely for the purpose(s) of the competition and contacting you for queries relating to your entry and to send certificates.

The data will not be shared with any third party, and will be held securely in accordance with current data protection legislation.

Data retention periods

We will only ever collect the information we need. When we ask you to provide your personal information we will let you know why we are asking and how we will use your data, by directing you towards this notice.

We hold your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. If you request that we have no further contact with you, we will keep some basic information in order to avoid sending you unwanted communications in the future.
