Age range: primary school (best suited for 5 -10 year olds)
Duration: 45-60 minutes (starting from 10:00am)
Join Dr Thomas Bernard author of SuperQuesters: The Case of the Missing Memory published by QuestFriendz, as he introduces you to the SuperQuesters series and its characters. He will show children how they can all become SuperQuesters, as STEM learning is brought to life in this interactive adventure story! Help the SuperQuesters use problem solving skills and critical thinking on their adventure to stop the evil Lord Grumble from stealing the memories with his Memory Machine and restore normality to Questland.
Thomas will read from The Case of the Missing Memory and ask children to work out two to three SuperQuesters quests (from the book.) Children can then share their answers and see how they have helped solve the quests!
Plus a SuperQuesters Math Week Scotland contest will be launched during the event and children can learn how they can win SuperQuesters prizes.
