Maths Week Scotland is very excited to be making an appearance at this year's Edinburgh International Book Festival. During the Baillie Gifford Schools Programme Teen Takeover Day on Wednesday 21 August, you will find us at one of the drop-in activities:

Not that kind of pie - Forget cherry and apple, this drop-in workshop is all about mathematical pi. Learn how to write a ‘pi-ku’ with writer and science expert, Emily Dodd.

  • Tues 23 April: Ticket booking opens for schools attending in-person
  • Tues 28 May: Baillie Gifford Transport Fund application deadline
  • Tues 4 June: Ticket booking opens for schools watching events online
  • Tues 11 June: Deadline to amend of cancel bookings
  • Thurs 20 June: Teacher info packs and final information emailed to your school
