New for this year - to say thank you for taking part in Maths Week Scotland, we will be picking one school or ELC setting from our map at random to receive a £100 Amazon voucher to spend on maths goodies for your class.
All map entries will be numbered, and the winner selected by a random number generator.
To be eligible, make sure you have added your entry to the map via the link below by 6pm on Friday 11 October, which is also the deadline for our Primary Schools Maths Tales Contest.
UPDATE (6/11/2024): This prize draw is now closed. We had over 500 entries to our map, from schools and ELCs from across the country. Congratulations to Anne-Marie Moore from Castlepark Primary in North Ayrshire, whose name was picked at random to be the winner.
Maths Week Scotland is back for 2026 with the theme Maths Matters. To celebrate our tenth year, we will have an extended gala week running over two weekends, from Saturday 19 to Sunday 27 September.
It is almost time for the RSPB Big Schools’ Bird Watch – the largest citizen science project for schools across the UK. Sign up to take part, from 6th January- 13th February 2026.
