Collie Math Tales: Sweep & Katherine
Our online 'Collie Dog Maths Tales' sessions are being delivered as part of Maths Week.
In each session, we will join a different collie dog and go for a walk around the farm looking at different maths (and science and technology) along the way.
Each ‘Collie Math Tale’ session will look at real maths problems on the farm and will come with a downloadable information to support the online session.
On Thursday 26 September, join collie dog Sweep and owner Katherine for a walk around a farm as the lambs are prepared for market day.
This session will cover MNU 2-01a, MNU 2-11b and MNU 2-07a.
The full line up of sessions is as follows:
- Weds 25 Sept: Join collie dog Pip and Alison for a walk around the farm and woodland looking at the trees and the crops on the farm.
- Thus 26 Sept: Join collie dog Sweep and owner Katherine for a walk around a farm as the lambs are prepared for market day.
