Doors Open Day at Trinity House Maritime Museum

As part of Edinburgh Doors Open Day Weekend and Maths Week Scotland, Trinity House will be throwing open its doors and welcoming you to this wonderful gem of Leith. Trinity House is home to a treasure trove of fascinating maritime memorabilia. Once the headquarters of the Incorporation of Mariners and Shipmasters, today visitors can explore an eclectic mix of artworks, navigational equipment, and curiosities collected by sailors from Leith throughout the centuries and from all the corners of the globe.

Drop in crafts and activities suitable for all ages available throughout the day, including storytelling and make your own barometer sessions, which touch on the maths topics of gathering data and statistics. Family trails featuring maths questions will also be available on the day.

Ticket prices: Free but timed ticketing required. 30 min slots with 50 people per slot. Please book via the link below.
