Navigating stormy seas and changing tides, explore the scientific discoveries in our collection that have helped to shape modern understandings of the climate and changed the course of history. Part of Maths Week Scotland, discover how weather and climate affect journeys to sea, hear stories of weather folklore, and learn about the fascinating figures that have inspired the modern day shipping forecast and other technological advancements.

Audience: Suitable for ages 12+

Times: Two guided tours from 11am - 12pm and 1pm - 2pm
