Fibonacci Workshop

Gairloch Museum 22nd-26th Sep 9.30am-11.30am Free

The natural world is full of maths! Let's have a look at the Fibonacci sequence in this interactive workshop.

The sequence was recognised in the 12th century and over time it has been increasingly recognised in the natural world. Through looking at nature, doing art and some tricky puzzles we will learn about the sequence and explore some of the places it is found.

Arts, nature, puzzles and challenges for P4-P7.

Free, but booking required. Book a session for you class via the email link below.

If you are taking part in this event, please also make sure you have added yourself to our Maths Week Scotland schools map!
